6 weeks old (hatched/shipped Sept 28), comb has been looking kind of big for a week, suddenly today the comb looks more pink and I've noticed wattles. I bought it as a pullet. I'm really sad because this was my favorite chicken but I don't have enough girls to keep all the boys, and I've paid $$ for a specific roo already (Favacauna to cross over my blue eggers).

Please tell me it's just a masculine girl 😭

I don’t want to smash your dreams but I’m thinking cockerel. Update in a few weeks and we’ll know for sure.

thinking boy but could be wrong :fl

I think cockerel.
This is my boy at 6 weeks,12 weeks and then 18 weeks.
It was apparent at 5 weeks that my only Silver Spangled Hamburg sexed female was a male! but he is a stunning boy now at 30 weeks and has a lovely temperament so far :) (no recent photos atm)
