I've finished one month on sparkpeople, and I've lost 10 pounds. I love the nutrition tracker, it really helps to know where I am with eating. This is the point where I usually start to flag, so I'm hoping I can keep going.
Ten pounds means I'm 1/6 of the way to my weight loss goal.....if I can keep on track I should be there by September.
