I thought it would be nice to include a little mini-recipe sheet on ways to use these eggs in simple, one/two ingredient dishes. Sometimes young families arent as egg savvy as BYCers on how to use those eggs in creative yummy ways.
So BYCers, whatcha got?
French toast, egg salad... what else can you do with eggs and a few ingredients to create a healthy meal?
