my advice for right now is buy new, you never know what someone had in their home and you dont want to bring it into yours

God will only send you what you can handle. You might find it terrifying then, but if you pray you'll get through alive.

Same, and there's honestly been some creepy stuff happen too, but nothing like that

Yep, especially if its from a bad company, we've had trouble with that as well

At least get your house blessed. It's around Epiphany and if you can get the Latin Mass priest down from his parish near you I'm sure he'll do the Epiphany blessing.

I'll toss on there that there is special holy water blessed the day before Epiphany. Worth getting a bottle.

That's really true, I'll definitely keep that in mind whenever I buy something.
