really why? They did slap my grandpa and kick him out for taking a picture of their puppies, but otherwise i like them.

I think it's mainly done to get milk for abandoned foals, some people drink it but that's a little weird to me

Imo it was fully deserved. They are very strict about photography and while they will sometimes allow it if you ask, it is very disrespectful to them as you are going against a well known rule.
