I mean it is the womens job, but the husband is suppose to love his life as Jesus loved the church, if the man doesnt it makes things a lot harder

Yep! woman technically aren't paid less than men if you look at all the little details of it but there are still sadly many woman stuck in abusive relationships ☹️
