I have good hamstrings and stuff and good back and shoulder and forearm muscles. My biceps and core and glutes need workig... i have super strong legs (riding+skiing) but arm and core is iffy

dad thinks im a bit overweight and gets upset when i gain muscle for some reason, my mom thinks im underweight and hates when i work out at all. they make it really hard to even work out from home.My arms and shoulders are kinda small, but my torso and thighs are big it's so weird
