Yeah it’s just a baby river otter lying down. On my other phone I have a picture of it with its hand in its mouth and it is the cutest thing ever

They are adorable. I got to swim with some before. Then a couple months later the park announced they're closing for a while cuz the otters have rabies. Luckily I didn't get bit by any
