really?? they are everywhere here. We currently have one that digs around our chicken coops. Doesn't bother the chickens so we let it stay. And my dad shot one a few week ago.

They've been in Southern Missouri for quite awhile but I only see roadkill ones and only one every 3 or 4 years this far up.

Nice! we have a barred one that we call gideon lol. I love barn owls though, Their faces are the shape of a heart!

I know they're adorable, but also very smart predators. We almost had one get our roo around dusk.

Hey guess what i found today, a salamander!! It was like red and orange and we thought it was a snake at first because its so small its limbs were translucent

I'm a swamp dweller from north FL and they're probably one of the most common critters here

We have mostly great horned here. For how big they are its crazy how silent they fly.

That's what we thought too. My uncle actually had a chicken get decapitated by an owl.
