I remember hearing about a poison that only effects mice/rats if eaten and is safe around cats and dogsThis isn’t my first time with the rats. I usually poison them, but this time there's too much of a risk of the cats getting poisoned too.

Metal? Rats can chew through concrete. They don't like tin foil though.It was in trashcans, now its in plastic bins with lids that latch shut

I use the one bite stuff from my feed store. On the trap, I'm using a Ratinator.I bet! I heard some good success stories with it
