Is charging up to 100% bad for the phone?

80% is the recommended max, however mine does not have a way to control that, so I just plug it in once every couple of days (if it's above 65 at the end of the day, it'll last the next day). Don't drain below 30 is recommended as well.

iPhone 14s are easy to replace batteries for so it isn’t that big of a deal. And I don’t usually do it, just a couple times a week
