You don't have to neck reign to do western, one of my horses doesn't neck reign and she's western. But yeah I getyeah trail ridings fun. i love tojump and do hunter stuff. my pony also cant do western (ive tridedshe was mad and cold not ster)
I remember neck reining, it was fun, but I felt a little insecure after holding the reins with both hands in english riding
