yes, but i dont have a NPIP so they are cheaper. and I am not selling at national poultry show so ppl don't pay as much. its hard to find silkie hens EXPESSILY and wyandotte bantams are not a wide known vreed (most are stanar)

yeah they can be! just not 25-30 a chick for show quality
