Spay leg, slipped tendon or what?

This is abit unusual.

I'm now wondering if it may be a neurological issue with brain, to leg communication. I had one like this once. Only lived a week, since it was unable to get around properly, it died in the chick chair I had it in.

Maybe adding some extra vitamin E will help with the issue.
I was thinking maybe something like that too. It's like her legs just don't work on their own. I'm going to give her some poultry cell later today. I need to pick up some more small syringes. My human baby medicine ones aren't working well.

Maybe pick up some Vitamin E liquid capsules. Just not sure how much of the gel to give to a day old chick though.

Unfortunately, nothing was improving. I gave vitamins, food, water, hobbled and she/he didn't improve. If anything he/she's ability to get upright had gotten worse. He/she spent hours today crying in distress no matter what we did. I chose to put "Broken" out of it's misery. IMG_20220208_195121218.jpg IMG_20220208_202115632.jpg

Sometimes they can't be saved unfortunately.

I'm just wondering if I should have gave it longer, but it was crying so much and I couldn't out it with it's hatchmates and no hatchmates wanted to be with it 😭😞
If it was getting worse, it most likely would've passed that day if not a day, or 2 later. I believe you made the right choice. I would've if I seen no improvement.

I saw the news on your other thread.
I'm sorry about the little one.
I've had them get worse like that and just cry, it's heartbreaking. Believe me, if you gave it longer, you would have felt worse by prolonging it and hoping for a better outcome. I've been there.
