UG! I know what you mean about back pain. I pulled my lower back muscels about a month ago. Of all things, I was lifting a 50 lb bag of chicken food to pour in it's storage container. The lifting wasn't the problem, it was the twisting to pour it in. It took a good 3 wks to heal. Much better now!
Hope you are feeling better. Resting it is the only cure, so take it easy.
Sounds like you've accomplished a ton. My babies are in a huge brooder box in the garage. They are to young & little to add to my existing flock. I hope w/ warmer weather to get them back outside for the day in my tractor.
My EE baby girls will be added to my existing laying flock. I have to get rid of the beautiful BO boys that I hatched. They are so sweet & really pretty. Hate to do it, but I already have one roo (SLW- Napoleon) that is tearing up the girls. He is separated right now and will have a bachelor pad built soon. I have to finish the garden first.
I hope to get a breeder's coop built for the Ameraucanas I hatched. I still have to talk dh into letting have a place in the yard for that.
Hope your dh's sunburn is better. Take care of that back!
