Special needs chicken in search of home

We have a nearly 2 yo Americana, Daisy, who is lame and in need of a new home. We live in Denver with small back yard and limited space for accommodations to offer respite from rest of flock. I would love to find a more comfortable place for her.

Have you had a vet look at her?
Do you know WHY she is lame?

Sorry to say this but might be best to put her down due to quality of life reasons. She'll probably be difficult to rehome and due to her issues it'd be extremely hard to integrate her with other birds.
