Special needs rooster in need of good home maryland

I have a super sweet cross beak rooster I can't keep. I'm so heartbroken. He will sit on your lap for hours. I have been hand feeding him since we found out he was a cross beak. He's only about 8 months old.
I live in harford county maryland, I can travel to meet within a certain distance for my buddy to have a good home.

If anyone can help I will love you forever!!!
