Special request-prayers please

Congrats!!!

But please be careful with the red rasberry leaf tea...
have you heard of Fertilaid? It is all herbal and it works!! MANY women have used it and gotten preggo..
i even used it for like a month..and it regulated my cycle and made my flow much more normal... And i'm in early ovarian failure!!!.. sooo... i'd check it out!
But again..please be careful with anything that can cause uterine contractions... especially in early pregnancy.... I think that the red rasberry is used to help regulate your cycle and it helps tone your uterus.. but that you are supposed to stop taking once you conceive... i think...
Best of wishes to you and your family!

There is actually far more pro evidence that it helps prevent miscarriage, rather then causing it.
It has been documented that it actually causes the egg to burrow in better then it would on its own.
And yes, it wil cause contractions, if its taken in high concentrated doses.
The ancient way of taking it, is 1 cup per day leading up to and through the first trimester, 2 for second, and 3 for third.
When labor is starting, you make a super infusion to drink throughout.

Awesome modern day evidence can be found here, as many women chronicle their path with taking RRL.

Beware, its 75 pages long, as its been a longterm diary for many women.

No Dr. here. No insurance, and no money.
Seen a rec. midwife a couple of times. Fired her though, cause she wanted to put me on BC to fix me.
Righttttttttt.........
Thats healthy and natural!

I have spent 2 years healing my body with Real Traditional Foods and suppliments, and have seen great progress.

Thank you! ALl is well so far.
And different. Its hard to not think about the fact that this one is different then all the others, cause that just makes me stressed out, hoping it is going to stick.

I love the RRL tea.

Doing more reading on it.
Just amzing to see how everyone who takes it, benefits.
It actually raises prolactin and progesterone, while pushing estrogen down.
Which is exactly what I need

Paula,
If you are taking Red Raspberry Leaf and you suspect you are pregnant you should probably stop taking it for a while. It can cause you to miscarry in the first trimester. You should actually wait until later pregnancy to begin drinking a few cups a day. I started drinking Red Raspberry Leaf tea at about 35 weeks. This is just information I've gathered myself and also from my Midwife. If you are pregnant congratulations! You seem like you are going to be a wonderful mama, because you are so very smart!

Good luck to you, ciao.
