Speckled eggs and early quitters?

There’s definitely pores in a lot of this chicken eggs. I didn’t check before I set them. Some also have specks of darker areas.
That's not overly porous. I've incubated eggs that were so porous, it made it hard to candle them.

I don't understand what's going on with your eggs.

What do you feed your birds? Hens nutrition is important if breeding.

They forage all day and get flock raiser plus oyster shells. It’s just eggs from this chicken that seem to be mostly quitters. 25% last time and this time I only see 4/9 on day 14. I got 80% of my Amerucana eggs to hatch.

Weird. Maybe try not to hatch from that particular hen?
