Speckled Sussex 11 weeks Hen or Roo?

I'm going with pullet. Great photos here, to give us a good look. I honestly changed my mind couple of times, those feet are huge. But, I would think the saddle feathers would be longer at this point. I've had pullets have me thinking cockeral for a bit with the short tail and some feathering going over at the end. Going by neck feathers and comb. I've had a lot of pullets be shy until they get close to..or are laying. Then they become a completely different..sweetheart. :) Heres a cute photo of my Penny in

the nest box.

I'm going to say cockerel. Those feet are huge! I can't clearly see the saddle area in the pictures, but that comb looks a little big to be an 11-week old pullet. Keep us updated with pictures, and good luck for it being a pullet if you don't want a cockerel :) Though, I really do think cockerel, and have to agree with oldhenlikesdogs

I am definetely going to hold out! I really want her and am new this year to chickens. I will be sure to post pics later for the results! Thanks for your encouragement!

I guess it’s a boy mainly based on the comb size. My Ss is 22 weeks tomorrow and she has less comb than yours. I attach a picture of her from 2 weeks ago for you to compare.
Thank you! Yes, mine is very different and makes me wonder if she/he is somehow cross bred. Gonna have to wait this out!
