Speckled Sussex hen or roo?

I just got a new addition to my flock and was told it was a hen about 20 weeks old but I'm not so sure looking more closely. .....can I get your opinion out there

Even though the feathering is pretty blurry in that photo, it looks like the back feathers are long, thin, and pointed. Cockerel.

Another input for cockerel. Hens won't have those long, pointy feathers hanging down in front of the tail.
