Speckled Sussex Hen or Rooster?

I have 1 speckled sussex who is (roughly) 2 and a half months old, I'm not sure if they are a hen or rooster. They act extremely friendly, almost never fight, and are at the bottom of the pecking order of my 5 chickens, but I'm still not sure. Here is a picture.

It could be a pullet or a cockerel 50/50!

Quite red wattles for 10wks old. May be a slower developing cockerel. Post another pic in 2-3 weeks
