Speckled Sussex loves to wade!

My SS LOVES to climb in the big dog water bowl and wade around and scratch in the water, especially when it is at least 3-4 inches deep. It makes me laugh every time, but the dogs aren't thrilled. I wasn't aware that chickens are fond of wading. Does anyone else have water-loving chickens, and if so do you provide a kiddy pool or anything to accommodate their fetish?

That's very cute I notice that with one of my chickens does that whenever it rains there is always a shallow puddle in the corner and she goes over to it and wallows and slashes around in it . I think she may have been a duck in her past life lol
