Speckled Sussex not feathering out... 5 weeks old

I bought 2 Speckled Sussex 5 weeks ago to add to my mixed flock. One is feathering out very slowly while the other has not true feathers, only fluff still. They are in with my 6 week old barred rocks, golden buffs, Easter Eggers and white leghorn. Everyone is doing great and feathered out perfect except this one chick. It is not bullied from the food or picked on at all. This is my first time with Speckled Sussex and will admit I bought the breed because I love the looks of them. I will try to post pictures but my computer is very touch and go lately. Imagine a chick in fluff ( shorter then normal chick fluff) just taller and bigger and that is what this chick looks like. Any help, tips etc would be greatly appreciated
