Speckled Sussex Not Laying and Stayed in Coop All Day

my speckled sussex stayed in the coop all day. Not on the egg box IN THE COOP. She and my americana haven't been laying for over a month. The sussex is more agressive and has two wrinkles on the stripe that her eye is in. She is abot Eight monthes old. Please help with americana + sussex egg drought/sussex agressiveness/sussex staying in coop.
