Speckled Sussex Pullet or Roo? Please help me figure this out :-)

We have a 6 week old SS that is supposed to be a pullet, but I'm beginning to think it's a roo. I am wondering if SS pullets get combs and waddles this big by 6 weeks old? Thanks so much for your help!!

Thanks! If that's the case then we have to get rid of him :-( No roosters allowed in the city!!!

We have that same rule where I live too, so it was horrible going to TSC and knowing you cant get a straight run!
