Speckled sussex roo?

This is my other sussex hatchmate so same age . Undoubtably a pullet, her comb is very pale pink and small. No red to it so color me confused on the other one! (Also shirt change because one decided to gift me with poop foot on my shirt ) the differences between the two still make me wonder

And here’s more in less light of our bird in question. To me the green sheen feathers say boy. Tail feathers are too hard to tell at this point. The chest says boy, the comb says too small to be boy maybe he’s a grow-er not a show-er?

Nothing like that! Still bigger than my other speckled Sussex’s comb but nothing like yours . They will be 3 months on the 24th! So I’m going to say it’s likely a pullet .. just a confusing one lol! Pictures are from today

100% pullet. A Sussex cockerel this age would have a giant comb and wattles.

Any healthy bird with black on them will have a green sheen.

Well slightly disappointing because I was hoping for a rooster somewhere lol.
