Speckled Sussex wheezing, gasping, and rubbing face on her back. Is it a disease?

My best friend texted me earlier about her speckled Sussex acting funny. She said her symptoms were that she was sneezing, gasping for air, wheezing, and rubbing her face on her back A LOT. Is it any dangerous disease that we should be worried about?? Thank you for any advice!!
 
I would get some injectable Tylan 50 at your feed store. Get 3 ml syringes with 20 gauge needles to withdraw the medicine. Twist off the needle and give it to the chicken orally a drop at a time. Dosage is 0.3 ml per pound twice a day for 3-5 days. A Sussex weighing 6 pounds would get 1.8 ml. Infectious bronchitis, MG or mycoplasma, coryza, or ILT are common diseases in poultry.
