hi all i was want to know if any one has Speckled Sussex
chicken's how do they lay r the fast grower's any help would help thank you all

My Speckled Sussex is everyones favorite here on the farm (Ginger) she seemed like she was very slow at growing, compared to the others, but now she is right up there in size with everybody else. She is a very special chicken I would never give her away!

We have 2 speckled Sussex, one roo and one pullet. Both are 16 weeks old no eggs yet.

Wonderful breed, doesn't mind being handled.

My parents had a speckled sussex and she was my favorite. So sweet and a beautiful bird. She was the most friendly with people and would come right up to you and loved being petted. She was on the smaller size, laid pretty regularly, but laid smaller eggs.

I have 2 girls, LOVE them both, great birds Gidget started laying first at 17 weeks 4 days and her sister Flo started at 19 weeks, beautiful birds, not bullies, just love them.
