I am just updating folks on Speckledhen...

I chatted with her on the phone this morning...she is doing okay, her spirits are high, she is staying in bed (where she needs to be) and not in too much pain...until she has to get up of course.

While we were talking she was reciting the happenings around the house...Suede was announcing his presence outside and Zane was in his playpen eating. I expect her to get tired of sitting around in bed alone and fully expect that she will eventually drag Zane in there with her. LOL

If this happens....TOM WE WANT PICTURES!

I'm glad she seems to be in good spirits. Cyn, just remember.... you can either laugh or cry, and crying is so much messier......( and no near as much fun!)

Wow Cyn! I have not been on here in awhile, and I am very sorry to hear the bad news of your ankle! Hopefully your not going too stir crazy not being able to do what you want with all your chicken babies! I think everyone else is right... Perhaps you should put Zane in bed with you.. and pics always help!

Hope you get better soon, Spring is just around the corner! You need to get that ankle nice and strong for the many more Pens and babies you and Tom might be raising!

Drat - sorry to hear this Cyn. You've taken sympathy pains for Zane to a whole new level! You and Tom are such a good team - when one is on the sidelines the other is still in the game. Hope you have a speedy recovery and that it doesn't hurt too terribly.
