Stay off the leg/foot... that's what your wonderful hubby is for at present. Get some crutches for going potty etc....
Your girls are going to miss you and you are going to miss them, just get better.
Some folks don't believe in Glucosamine w/ Chondroiton sulfate. I DO. Get some and do one at lunch and one at bedtime. I really do believe that it will help things to heal. I get mine at Costco and for me at least, it works. Also... .LOTS of Vitamin C... and E... they will help with healing.
I also believe in anti-inflamatories. Aleve being one of the best. Plain ol' aspirin if you can't do that.
Make certain you have some good x-rays sometimes I've seen surgeons jump the gun with a very severe sprain.
