Speckling on eggs...??

I receive around six eggs per day, and have noticed that one bird constantly produces a pale brown egg with creamy speckles on it.

Should I be concerned? Does it indicate a lack of ....well, anything?

Probably just a trait of that bird. Not anything wrong.
