Meet Speedy. I went today to look at chickens with my friend. I was about to leave when this guy/gal decided to break out of its pen and come chasing after us. I decided to take it with us. I had about left empty handed. Sure it's just a bronze turkey

I hope you have other turkeys. Turkeys are very social and should be with others of their own kind.

I got a couple of chickens from a friend with it. I havent had issues before with turkeys babies with chickens

Chickens are not turkeys and cannot speak turkey. Unless you plan to process the turkey and not keep it long term, I recommend that you get other turkeys for it to have companionship.

I'll show pics in a min. It ended up beating itself up against the fencing and I had to get it to eat again. I ended up getting a Spanish black baby that's a little smaller than it today
