Spicy egg sandwich - not for the faint-hearted!

Here's a recipe someone might like to try - quick and easy!
Mix a hard-boiled egg in with the flesh of 1 avocado
Add salt and plenty of pepper
Mayo if desired
Spread it over your bread and enjoy!

I've used avocado in the filling for devilled eggs before and it's pretty good.

pepper could be spicy enough for some if you had plenty. I'm gonna add some crushed red peppers to mine

Im not a mayo fan but i replace in recipes with sour cream or Greek yogurt
