So, I’ll admit, with 4 little ones, and being in a rush that day and busy after. It had been sitting for maybe about a week I just noticed the mold growth yesterday.

It was closer to the house where she spilled away from the chicken run. Decent warm weather with some rain and then cool night temps

Very mad at myself that I didn’t clean it up asap

Have good news! That it sat for long enough to get moldy probably means your birds won't find it very well!

Spraying it down more was because I figured it was still soaked. Sweeping it up is good if its dry. You're probably fine to do whatever to clean it up, though if it's moldy I might suggest a dust mask.

Yeah, when kids are involved you just have to do the best you can. It is unbelievable how hectic it can get, it is so understandable to not get to something for a week.
