Brazilian spinach isn’t a true spinach so I don’t know if it’s chicken safe or not. True spinach is safe in small amounts it’s just not a good everyday treat.

I don't know much about it scientifically, but I was given a cutting a long time ago and it has flourished. It is a dark green medium sized leaf. I eat it raw, but it is a thick leaf. It softens quickly with steam. It has a more mild taste, so to me it is more pleasant than regular spinach. it doesn't have that after taste.Never heard of it. After a quick Google search it sure sounds interesting.![]()
