Spinning in circles when alone?

Hello I know this is for chickens but I have a duck that is about 3 months old. When she has no other duck or chicken to follow it will spin in circles. As soon as another chicken or duck that she likes is near her she will follow but if they get to far ahead of her she will go back to spinning in circles. She seems very healthy physically. It's a strange behavior that I just have not encountered. I hope that she soon grows out of it as it gets old having to go and get her when she is alone to return her to her friends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I actually just figured it out. She's a polish and her big puff ball was blocking most of her left eye. She had to spin in circles to see all round her. I put a rubber band on it to pull it up. She's doing fine now. A little spinning for a bit but she's getting used to it. Sorry I really didn't need the help but maybe it will help someone else.
