Spinosad in Canada?

I talked to Dr. Fulton at MSU today, and he said that the Elector PSP is fine for poultry, but because it's so expensive, he isn't aware of any large operations using it (in Michigan anyway). I probably won't be ordering it myself, as the permethrin is so inexpensive here, and I'm willing to use Ivermectin. Mary

Mary, does your doctor say if the Elector PSP is an effective treatment? I am contemplating getting it. I know it’s expensive, but I am willing to spend that if it works.

This thread is from 2016. I'm not Mary but also use permethrin which works as well and much less expensive. I also use poultry dust in the nest boxes.

Even with Elector PSP repeat applications may be needed. Most insecticides don't kill the pests eggs so weekly treatments are necessary for 3 or 4 weeks to kill the pests as they hatch out. The bonus is there is no egg withdrawal period. Good luck...

I am in canada! I'm curious if someone would be able to tell me the ratio for dilution I there is one or how to use this product for poultry?
