What age is the chick?

About 8 weeks - 10 weeks. I got three of them and none of them have combs or wattles yet.

Its a little early to be sure (with this breed in particular) but it appears to be a pullet.

At what age do they start getting wattles and combs? I have never had this breed before.

Most roosters, no matter what breed, will get a reddening comb and wattles by 10 weeks of age. The reason it is hard with Spitzhaubens is because they have a crest and naturally smaller comb and wattles, which is why it works best with a comparison. You could try searching pictures of spitzhaubens of the same age as yours.
