The comb still looks like a pullet comb. BUT the legs, tail and pointy hackle feathers look more like rooster characteristics now. I agree on looking for the saddle feathers.

Some of the hackle (neck) feathers look like they are coming in pointy...

Looks like a roo to me. That is how my splash roo looked too.
