Splash Ameraucana: rooster or pullet

I am on the fence on this Splash Ameraucana I have. The chicken in question is 16 weeks and was bought as 90% sure pullet. This chicken does not have a comb that is as red as the rooster I have with it had at that age and the known pullet has same size legs and feet. The rooster it is keep with does not fight with it or treats it different than the pullet in with them and has no sickle feathers.
Is Ellie an Elliot or just have higher testosterone levels?

The chicken in question has started to grow saddle feathers so I'm going to say the chicken is a roo.
