I just did a breeding of a splash olive egger and a splash maran shouldn’t all of the babies come out splash? I wasn’t sure if the splash rule applied to 2 different breeds having babies.

I think they should all be splash.

Without knowing what other genetics your OE carries there is no guarantee on color, that's the thing with breeding mixes.
