Splash Marans vs Mutt look alike?

Hi, sorry I haven't had a free minute in a few days, planting the rest of my garden and schools out!!!

How old is this girl? Is she laying yet?

She is supposed to be a year old, and laying, but she hasn't laid for me yet. I think she is molting, she is losing feathers like crazy. She has none left on her underside, and my yard is covered with white feathers. Must have been brought on by moving I guess. I am just dying to see what she lays!!!!!! I just went out and checked her legs and feet. Her legs actually look kind of greenish, like the yellow is coming through the slate, and the bottoms of her feet are yellow. Her eyes aren't brown like the Giants are, and the Giants legs are slate, and pink on the bottoms.​

She looks in body type like my splash orp- a very hefty girl!

Are there any remnants of feathers on her feet/legs?

I have a blue andulasion mix with a cochin splash that looks like that.
but it looks like a california chicken too. the are white and splash with some dark coloring when they are older.

The egg will tells you if it is a maran are not.

Yes, she has feathers down the sides of her legs and on the tops of her feet.
