is this guy PQ
he is 4 months old ? i had to get him if i got the pullet ( a fluff ball ) who is looking SQ

it was a pair and i had to get both
he looks scraggly and ugly to me but he is so sweet
will he fluff out more ? and am i wrong is he BQ or SQ i don't know how a proper silkie roo should look
