Can you report back at 8 weeks old with pictures? To me it looks like a cockerel, but Wyandottes in general mature slow.

https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/golden-laced-wyandotte-rooster-1-year-old.495494/Purdy , pretty girl or boy. That one is a new one that I have not seen. I have two GLW at about 8.5 years old.
I've learned over the years to watch the growth of the comb and the legs. Yours seem to have big legs from the photo. Every screen is different viewing photos. I've never seen a male Golden laced wyandotte yet in the years I've had ours.
He or she looks pretty.
A couple of our girls grew combs at an early age and they were so big I thought male. Nope. Their girls. Just bigger combs than normal on another breed we have. I will hope for the best that this one is a girl. We have a Rooster and a Cockeral Mr Cock Jr.
Thanks for your thoughts. Will definitely update! My votes are on cockerel. Please update in a few weeks! This bird is tricky
I am pretty confident this bird is a pullet. No wattle formation. Wyandottes can be tricky though. Pretty bird.Ok 7 week update today! Pics not the best today as it was quite rainy and chicks quite flighty... profile ones still look female to me and behaviour female, but the closeup makes that comb look super red!!
