Splay leg?

One of my new hatches seems to have trouble getting it's footing. I think it's splay (spraddle) leg. Does it look like splay and is there a way to fix it?

take a bandaid and cut it length wise in half. then using the padded part as the space between its legs wrap each end of the badaid around each leg just abouve the toes. also paper towels are good for bedding. newspaper is the worse, its to slippery. make sure it eats and drinks, or that it can get to food and water. it should be ok or show signs of improving in 4 or 5 days. the bandaid will fall off with time. there is a datailed link on here somewhere with pics but i dont know where it is. hope i could help. good luck..............
