Hi, this is the granddaughter of the farm. My chick named Splay (she has splayed leg) that’s around 2 or 3 months (a little black chick) has either 3 or 4 bloody poops. I’m not sure why but she isn’t acting sick. I just took a picture. Yesterday she didn’t have this. My other chickens (a cockerel with neurological issues, a hen with crook back, a duckling, and a perfectly healthy pullet) haven’t shown any signs of this. Can someone tell me? I’m worried about her.

It appears that it may be coccidiosis . I'd do some research and go from there . It is serious but treatable but you'd need to treat your whole flock .

There’s only 5 (a duckling as well) in the House. The rest of the flock is outside.

What do I need to treat it by the way? I’m gonna tell my grandmother (pretty much the helper with my chickens) about it. I don’t want it to spread to a 4/5 year old Silver Duckwing hen named Penny I got on my 6th or 7th birthday.

Corid is the brand available near me but any "amprolium"(think I spelled it right) medication. It can be added directly to their water. The dose changes if you get liquid or powder. Once you have it repost what you got and I'm sure someone will be able to help with dose.

Mk. This is the first time I’ve heard of Corid but it possibly be in Tractor supply. Thanks. Also, can it kill chickens if not treated?
