Splayed Leg Complications... HELP!

Hi, one of my runner ducklings was born with splayed leg. We put him in a splint thing to correct his position, but he always puts his legs behind his tail. Also, his head pulls to the left. How do I help him??

Might have wry neck also, looks like your working on the legs so are you also supplementing with niacin or brewers yeast? and a good poultry vitamin would be another thing to add. there is a lot of info about wry neck on here. as far as the legs most say it only takes a couple of days of hobbling for them to get over the splayed legs, do you have them on something to give them traction like towels or rubber shelf liner? this may hel encourage you too. https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/761308/peking-duckling-with-crooked-neck-help
