splayed leg on cornish X can it be fixed?

I have a 4 week old conrish X her leg sticks straight out to the side so she can not stand up. Is there any thing I can do to make her short life a little better? I can't find a thread with pics on how to tape it up, Any advice is needed

Imp,Thank you that did help a lot.I had tried the search section but couldn't find pictures of what I thought we had and how to fix. we are trying the pipe cleaner thing, hope it works. she seems to be getting to the feed and water OK and no one is picking on her, but I want to fix it if I CAN.
