Splayed leg

My baby chicks just arrived and are looking terminally cute. All are apparently well except for one which has a splayed leg. Is there anything I can do about that?

Yes, do a search on spraddle leg. There is lots of info. Generally, you make a little bandaid brace for the legs and they recover nicely.
